Claudia D’La Rotta is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the Medical, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology industries. Throughout her career, she has held key positions at leading companies such as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Cord Blood Registry, and Color Genomics, where she successfully drove revenue growth and expanded market adoption in both clinical and academic settings.
Claudia’s expertise in cultivating long-term partnerships with hospital systems, residency programs, and large medical groups in South Florida has played a pivotal role in advancing corporate objectives and initiatives. She has been instrumental in strategic business planning, market expansion, and optimizing sales performance, while overseeing budgets, operations, and personnel training. Her ability to build strong relationships with C-suite executives and medical boards has contributed to significant value creation and operational efficiency in complex healthcare environments.
A Miami native, Claudia’s love for horses has been a lifelong passion. She has been riding since the age of two and grew up in the Redlands, where she owned seven horses as a teenager with her family. As she works to get back into riding, Claudia hopes to one day become a horse owner again. In the meantime, she stays active by working out, swimming, and hiking with her Havanese dog, Mila, in the mountains of North Carolina. She also cherishes time spent with family and friends.
