“I am pleased to report that The Lowell S. & Betty L. Dunn Family Foundation Challenge Tournament • 2015 Par For The Horse Golf Event raised a record $95,000 and counting for South Florida SPCA.  We can’t adequately thank all of you who played in the tournament, provided sponsorship support, attended the dinner, and participated in the silent auction and raffle.  Of particular note was the live auction contribution by Oceania Cruises of a 12-day cruise from London to Copenhagen on the luxury ship m/s Marina, which brought a winning bid of $11,000,” said John Capurso, South Florida SPCA Executive Director.

Event Chair Nancy Piacentino remarked, “The weather was perfect, our emcee Joe Johnson was wonderful, the course was ready to a “tee,” and the food was absolutely fantastic. We are grateful to title sponsor The Lowell S. and Betty L. Dunn Family Foundation for generously matching our challenge goal of $30,000, and to all our sponsors, golfers, donors, attendees, volunteers and committee for making this year’s event such an unprecedented success.”

Special thanks to Ellyn Robinson for the beautiful table decorations, and to Susie Martell and Ken Tannenbaum for photographing the event. Download high resolution images from Ken Tannenbaum’s site: CLICK HERE.
