Project Description
My Story
Hidden Fling has made a wonderful recovery since we rescued him, and is now at his ideal weight and in retraining. Our friendly off-track Thoroughbred is a chestnut color, well behaved on the ground, and stands fine for grooming and our farrier. He has been tried under saddle, we recommend an advanced rider for Fling.
Rescue Story:
After a citizen reported horses being kept in inhumane conditions to Miami Gardens Police, we seized former racehorse Hidden Fling along with two other horses on Saturday, October 7, 2017. All three were padlocked into their ramshackle stalls, deep with mud, with no drinkable water or edible feed. Fling arrived severely malnourished with a body condition score of a 1, the lowest on the scale, and with rotted and overgrown hooves.
